Misconduct findings made against accountant Alan Hynes

Prior to the decision to expel Mr Hynes, his counsel, Alan Cormack, said the Wexford accountant and his wife, Noreen, were now “impecunious” and that their main source of income was a stipend to Ms Hynes from the institute's benevolence society.
